Ljusstaden (8-apartment)

Place: Sweden, Kalmar

This house of 8-apartments and two floors was first built in Sweden, Kalmar city in 2012 and until 2016 have had quite an evolution in characteristics.

The construction of the building is made of wooden panels filled in with mineral rock wool PAROC. All acoustic and insulating characteristics meet all the newest Sweden technical requirements. Besides, the building’s characteristics meet the requirements of insurance companies.

The roof is designed with qualitative, ceramic tiles of a German manufacturer. Facade decoration is done from Siberian fir panels and outdoor stairs are made from reliable and long-lasting larch timber.

Every apartment has a warehouse and a parking place near the building.
