Building's walls are insulated by 150 mm mineral rock wool. Attic's roof is insulated with 250 mm mineral rock wool and covered with ceramic tiles.
Building is covered with red cedar paneling from the outside. High quality wooden windows of two chambers protects building from bigger heat losses.
Ell has cozy 9 sq. m kitchen and 38 sq.m common area which has shower, bedroom and a big wardrobe-by-the-wall.
