It is a residential single family 120 sq. m. house built in 2010 in a suburb of Vilnius city, Lithuania.

The building was insulated in accordance with the newest Swedish requirements. Walls were insulated with 300 mm PAROC mineral rock wool, what is more, windward Hunton layer was used as well. Roof’s heat insulation is 400 mm insulating material.

Reliable Eternit fiber cement cover was used for facades and roof. Installed high quality wooden windows with aluminum bindings.

The heating is geothermal, house floors are heated. There is a 100 m depth well with a German manufacturer heat exchanger. Heating costs amount only 260 EUR per year.
