Place: Lithuania, Vilnius

It is a classical Scandinavian 140 sq. m. single family residential house which was built in 2011 in a suburb of Vilnius, Lithuania.

Walls were insulated with 250 mm PAROC mineral rock wool, what is more, windward Hunton layer was used as well. Roof’s thermal insulation is 300 mm insulating material.

Facades were built from industrial fir panels. There are plastic windows of two chambers. Roof is designed with high quality, long-lasting, ceramic, Holland tiles. Heating system is solid fuel, floors are heated.
